1.A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible, which you will be able to track from ‘Track Order Details’.

2. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

*All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location.

1) The delivery time does not include the processing time required (1.which is usually 2 working days)
2) If you have requested an item to be customized or monogrammed, please allow four or more working days within the processing time.
3) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).
4) Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.

Pre-Sale Items

If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock. We're sorry that we do not support split shipment at the moment.

Monogramming Items

Please add 4 additional business days to your shipping time when you have requested a monogram.

Customs and Import Duties

On occasion, additional customs or import duties cannot be avoided. If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@lilysilk.zendesk.com.

1. Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
2. A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your receipt.
